Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in New Hampshire. The company offers an excellent compensation package, including an annual bonus and relocation assistance if needed.
Responsibilities:
*Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery
*Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects
*Lead, coach, and manage a team of 30+ FTE (including 4 supervisors) in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
*Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant location
*Apply experience and skills when troubleshooting PLCs, automation, and controls
*Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems
*Manage spare part Inventory processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
*3+ years of Maintenance Management experience, preferably in a high-volume consumer products manufacturing environment
*Solid PLC troubleshooting experience
*Strong experience managing or maintaining Ammonia refrigeration systems
*Strong Project management experience
*Excellent strategic and growth mindset!
*Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
