The Judge Group is Seeking a Maintenance Superintendent in a food manufacturing facility in Southern Delaware.
Must Have
- Food Manufacturing Experience
- 5+ years of relevant maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in layout design, drafting, project management, ergonomic design, industrial engineering, or CAD operation.
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements applicable to production facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities, including developing work plans, assigning methods, and establishing procedures.
- Support maintenance and operational planning for new construction or facility modifications, including recommending procedures and standards.
- Design and update equipment and process layouts for new installations or modifications to existing systems.
- Prepare cost estimates for equipment, materials, labor, and supplies.
- Oversee repairs involving building systems, mechanical components, and structural issues.
- Review completed work orders and assist in establishing maintenance policies and repair standards.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
